How to change password?

 

To reset password you need to use <Work or school account>

Case 1:

1.) Open ‘Login’ form

2.) Enter User ID (e.g. maryan@estrobelhorseanalytics.onmicrosoft.com)

3.) Tap on <Can’t access your account?>

4.) Tap on <Work or school account>

Attention: Don’t use <Personal account>

5.) Scroll down and enter characters from pictures

6.) Tap on [Next] button

7.) On ‘verification step 1’ tap on [Email] button

8.) You receive email with verification code

9.) Enter code into field in ‘verification step 1’

10.) Tap on [Next] button

11.) On ‘choose a new password’ step - enter {New password} and {Confirm new password}

12.) Tap on [Finish] button

13.) Tap on <click here> link on the last screen

14.) Enter User ID (e.g. maryan@estrobelhorseanalytics.onmicrosoft.com) and new password

15.) Tap on [Sign in] button

16.) On ‘Additional info required’ tap on [Next] button

17.) On ‘don’t lose access to your account!’ step tap on the link <Set it up now> on ‘Authentication Email is not configured.’ item

18.) On ‘don’t lose access to your account!’ step enter {Authentication Email}

19.) Tap on the [email me] button

20.) You receive email with verification code

21.) Enter code into field

22.) Tap on [verify] button

23.) On last ‘don’t lose access to your account!’ step tap [finish]

24.) ‘My Data’ screen should be open

 

NOTE: Be attention on session expiration time. It displays on right bottom corner.

 

Case 2:

  1. Tap on <Can’t access your account?>

  2. Tap on <Work or school account>

  3. Enter User ID (e.g. maryan@estrobelhorseanalytics.onmicrosoft.com)

  4. Scroll down and enter characters from pictures

  5. Tap on [Next] button

  6. On ‘verification step 1’ tap on [Email] button

  7. You receive email with verification code

  8. Enter code into field in ‘verification step 1’

  9. Tap on [Next] button

  10. On ‘choose a new password’ step - enter {New password} and {Confirm new password}

  11. Tap on [Finish] button

  12. Tap on <click here> link on the last screen

  14. Tap on [Sign in] button

  16. On ‘don’t lose access to your account!’ step tap on the link <Set it up now> on ‘Authentication Email is not configured.’ item

  17. On ‘don’t lose access to your account!’ step enter {Authentication Email}

  18. Tap on the [email me] button

  19. You receive email with verification code

  20. Enter code into field

  21. Tap on [verify] button

  22. On last ‘don’t lose access to your account!’ step tap [finish]

  23. ‘My Data’ screen should be open

Case 3:

  1. Enter User ID (e.g. maryan@estrobelhorseanalytics.onmicrosoft.com) into {Email or phone} field

  2. Enter incorrect {Password}

  3. Tap on [Sign in] button

  4. Above the input fields appears an error message with link <Forgot your password>

  5. Tap on the link <Forgot your password>

  6. Scroll down and enter characters from pictures

  7. Tap on [Next] button

  8. On ‘verification step 1’ tap on [Email] button

  9. You receive email with verification code

  10. Enter code into field in ‘verification step 1’

  11. Tap on [Next] button

  12. On ‘choose a new password’ step - enter {New password} and {Confirm new password}

  13. Tap on [Finish] button

  14. Tap on <click here> link on the last screen
